Steve Bennett, President and Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board

Steve Bennett joined Symantec's board of directors in February 2010 and became chairman in 2011. Bennett previously led Intuit serving as president and chief executive officer from 2000 to 2007. At Intuit, Bennett combined the company's historic innovative and customer-driven expertise with strategic and operational rigor. Intuit revenue grew to $2.7 billion in fiscal 2007 from less than $1 billion in fiscal 2000. Under Bennett's leadership Intuit grew its existing businesses while simultaneously expanding into new markets, such as online banking and healthcare.

Bennett joined Intuit after a 23-year career at General Electric, where he managed complex and diverse organizations from consumer appliances to financial services. During his career at GE, he held a variety of key management roles in numerous areas of the business, including GE Capital e-Business, GE Capital Vendor Financial Services, GE Electrical Distribution and Control, GE Appliances, GE Medical Systems and GE Supply.

Stephen Etter, Partner at Greyrock Capital Group

Forest Baskett, PhD, General Partner, NEA

Forest joined NEA in 1999 and became a General Partner in 2004. He focuses on information and energy technology investments. Prior to NEA, he was Senior VP of R&D and CTO of Silicon Graphics Inc. He founded and directed the Western Research Laboratory of Digital Equipment Corporation before joining SGI. Previously Forest was a Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.

David Miller, Senior Director of Corporate Communications at LSI Corporation.

David Miller is a communications executive with more than 20 years of experience with public relations, M&A, social media and investor relations in Fortune 500 and start-up environments. Dave is responsible for corporate communications and public relations for LSI Corporation. Prior to LSI he managed communications for Solyndra, a pre-IPO solar company, and before that was head of worldwide media relations, managed corporate affairs and served as spokesperson for Applied Materials for more than 12 years. Dave has a B.A, English and Communications from the University of C.A., Davis. Additional marketing management experience includes CounterPunch Studios, Etec Systems, Spectra-Physics, Newport, and Frost and Sullivan.

Russ Lampert

From 2002 to the present, he has provided financial consulting and management services to early stage high-tech companies in Silicon Valley while also managing mining and real estate investments in the western U.S. Prior to this, Russ was the CFO of Aurigin Systems, an intellectual property management software developer. Aurigin Systems was acquired by Information Holdings Inc. (NYSE:IHI) in 2002. From 1991 through 1996, Russ was the Director of Finance and Administration at Pure Software (NASDAQ:PRSW). Before working with high-tech companies, he was a CPA with Deloitte & Touche. Early in his career, Russ was involved in the management of mining and petroleum exploration businesses in Canada. He holds a B.Sc.in Chemistry from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
